A critical Review of the Book "A History of Islamic Legal Theories" by Wael Hallaq
Abstract
This article is a critical review of the book “A History of Islamic Legal Theories, An Introduction to the Principles of Sunni Jurisprudence,” by Wael Hallaq. It was translated by Ahmed Mousalli, and its first edition was published by Al-Madar Al-Islami in 388 pages in 2007 in Beirut. The review analyzed the most important ideas, themes and opinions of the book.
