Journal’s Policy

  • General Policy

The Journal adheres to the publication ethics announced and recognized globally. It is published four times a year, distributed over the four seasons (i.e. summer, winter, autumn and spring). Research and studies are received throughout the year. The editorial board does not receive any fees from researchers in exchange for or for publishing their research.

The received research is subject to examination and verification of impersonation, intellectual safety, and research misconduct before referring it to arbitration. The researchers alone bear the responsibility for plagiarism in their research.

The received research is subject to initial review, and then arbitration by the specialized jury. Researchers are informed of the results of the examination and arbitration first. Research is accepted in three formulas based on arbitrators’ reports: without adjustments, slight modifications, or fundamental amendments. In the last two cases, the researcher is committed to all the amendments recommended by the arbitrators and editors. Research is returned to arbitrators to see the extent of researchers’ commitment to the recommended amendments. As soon as the researchers adhere to this, the researcher is granted a certified acceptance letter from the editor-in-chief. Hence, research is referred for review, correction, editing, preparation for printing and final production.

  • Peer Review Policy

All submitted research articles undergo an initial review process conducted by the editorial board. If a submission is rejected, the researchers are informed about this rejection. In cases where the article is accepted for further consideration, it proceeds to a double-blind peer review. The reviewer remains unaware of the researcher's identity, and vice versa. Two expert reviewers, having higher academic profiles and specializing in the field, are assigned to conduct the peer review process.

The two reviewers are expected to provide their feedback within a maximum of twenty days from the receipt of the research article. Upon receiving the reviewers' reports, the editorial board of the journal takes appropriate actions based on the reviewers' recommendations. In instances where the reviewers' opinions diverge, a third reviewer is consulted to provide an additional assessment. Once the research article is accepted without requiring further action, the publication procedures are finalized, and the researcher is issued an acceptance letter. In case there are any comments or suggestions for amendments, the research article is returned to the researcher for revisions within a ten-day period. The identities of the reviewers and the contents of their reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
