Peer Review Policy

All submitted research articles undergo an initial review process conducted by the editorial board. If a submission is rejected, the researchers are informed about this rejection. In cases where the article is accepted for further consideration, it proceeds to a double-blind peer review. The reviewer remains unaware of the researcher's identity, and vice versa. Two expert reviewers, having higher academic profiles and specializing in the field, are assigned to conduct the peer review process.

The two reviewers are expected to provide their feedback within a maximum of twenty days from the receipt of the research article. Upon receiving the reviewers' reports, the editorial board of the journal takes appropriate actions based on the reviewers' recommendations. In instances where the reviewers' opinions diverge, a third reviewer is consulted to provide an additional assessment. Once the research article is accepted without requiring further action, the publication procedures are finalized, and the researcher is issued an acceptance letter. In case there are any comments or suggestions for amendments, the research article is returned to the researcher for revisions within a ten-day period. The identities of the reviewers and the contents of their reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
