Manifestations of Compatibility and Overlap in the Sciences of Revelation and Exact Sciences: Jurisprudential Rulings as a Model
Abstract
This research aims to show that the certain methods of sources of human knowledge are consistent, not incompatible or antagonistic. Evidence based on rational methods is part of the system of forensic evidence and is not part of it. It is inherent in the textual evidence based on revelation. Therefore, it is possible to realize the harmonious relationships between the sciences of revelation and the exact sciences. Its problem revolves around the first consideration when deriving discretionary rulings regarding jurisprudential developments in which there is no text related to the authenticity of exact sciences. The research consisted of four chapters. The first deals with consistency and compatibility of perceptions and goals with regard to the sources of knowledge. The second discusses the manifestations of openness and dominance. The third presents the systemic overlap. The fourth discusses the functional jurisprudential overlap. The research concluded that the sciences of revelation do not contradict the rules of exact sciences. There is a regulator for them that brings them together within the framework of unity, so that the revelation is a readable universe, and the cosmic existence is a visible revelation.
