The Problem of Constant and Transformative Arab Modernist Discourse

Abstract

This research attempts to explore some of the cognitive aspects that occupied priority within the interest of the Arab modernist discourse. It highlighted the reference backgrounds that framed the total intellectual theses promoted by the Arab modernist discourse. It also monitored some of the methodological shifts in the Arab modernist discourse in its critical approaches. It analyzed the interpretations presented by the Arab modernist discourse of the constants related to the field of divinity. It also analyzed the interpretations presented by the Arab modernist discourse of the constants related to the sources of knowledge. In addition, it analyzed the interpretations presented by the Arab modernist discourse of the constants related to the field of legislation, and the interpretations provided by the Arab modernist discourse of the constants related to the moral field.
