Abstract
The main aim of this research is not to make a deep discussion of the details regarding the relationship between modernity and Islam. This work does not also intend to focus on the various stages of the development of Islam as it was manifested in Islamic movements, in the writings of thinkers and in the government’s decisions. The real intention here is to present a comprehensive evaluation for the impact of “modernity’ ‘on the Arab world, a step that might prove to be useful in determining the nature and the change pattern that those nations, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, look forward to experience it in the near future, logically. Hence, my work does not include any manifestations of prophecy simulation, as far as it is looking forward to the future of religion according to the changes of that era, whether those which have occurred or not occurred yet.
