Doctrinal differences within the Maliki school of the Islamic West and its effects: A reading of a selection ofsamples
Abstract
This research attempts to shed light on some doctrinal differences that occurred between the Maliki school of the Islamic West, and the subsidiary sects that arose from them, and to introduce the most prominent scholars of these sects, and the resulting scientific effects represented in the compositions and mutual responses, as well as the social effects that accompanied that.
