What is not Included in the Jurisprudence of Balances: An Applied Epistemological Study

Abstract

The subject of the jurisprudence of balances in contemporary research dealings has received more attention, at the level of authorship, or dialogue and discussion forums, in our real or virtual world, and everything that would be a focus of spotlight and excessive and negligence, in vision or treatment. This research aims to draw attention to the areas that are not subject to the tensions of balances, and to try to separate them from those that are the fields of study in the jurisprudence of balances, by resorting to some cognitive determinants, on which scholars rely a lot in their jurisprudential and fundamentalist blogs, such as the theory of reasoning, and devotionals , constants, and imaginary interests, in order to ensure the permanence of the Sharia, the fluid concepts are the corridor of distortion.
