The Arab Language Camp: Towards the Localization of a Space for Language Tourism
Abstract
This research is directed for approaching the reality of the Arabic language in the tourism system within the Arab world through a number of problematic and important questions that revolves around all aspects of the research. Some questions are like: Are we Arabs able to choose an appropriate propaganda for our Arabic language? To which extent would the Arab Language Camp be able to provide a localization of space for language tourism? And will the language cultivation theory contribute into the acquisition of Arabic for both native speakers and foreigners? For answering these questions, the researcher offered them to a scientific research test through events, documents, statistics, and statements providing us with the possible methods for the localization of Arabic language being an excellent tool for tourism that proved its ability to accommodate all civilizations around the world. Arabic is even considered an international tourist product subject to supply and demand. This research mainly consists of three parts including an introduction and a conclusion. The first part presents the philosophy and the motives of language camp. The second part, on the other hand, discusses some practical sides for applying the project through the theory of language cultivation being the artificial space for learning the Arabic language. The third part covers the developmental and cultural dimension of the Arabic language within the context of recent technological inventions.
